Stephanie Lambley

Stephanie is a registered psychologist with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), Master of Educational and Developmental Psychology.

Stephanie wanted to become a psychologist so she could make a positive impact on the lives of young people.

She has a particular interest in anxiety disorders, depression and trauma, and enjoys working within all areas of developmental concern. Stephanie also has a keen interest in working with adolescents.

Stephanie takes a holistic approach to working with families and believe that for positive and lasting changes to be made for a child, the whole family needs to be considered and included within the therapeutic process.

Stephanie’s therapeutic approach involves providing young people with a safe and relaxed space to talk and express their feelings, along with providing knowledge and coping strategies in order to equip them to understand and manage their unique challenges.
