Non Face-to-face Services |
Non-face-to-face services are supports provided to clients outside of their direct therapy appointment. Examples of this at Youthrive include the clinician’s time preparing for your appointment such as reviewing documentation, identifying appropriate therapy activities to engage in to achieve you/your child’s goals, setting up and packing down the therapy space, reflection and documentation following the session. A maximum of 10 minutes non-face-to-face supports will be added to each service. Signing a service agreement to agree to non-face-to-face supports will pre-authorise these fees, however fees will only be charged when the activities are completed and as per the actual duration taken. The discipline specific schedule of supports completed by your clinician with you will provide further information including an individualised break down of all fees including non-face-to-face services based on your individualised needs. |
Travel |
Out of clinic sessions (i.e. home visits, school visits and centre visits) incorporate fees for both the time taken by the clinician to travel to/from the location, the session itself at the hourly rate of the clinician providing the service. Non-labour costs of $0.99 per kilometre also apply. Please speak with us for more information about off-site supports. |
