Yesky holds a Master of Occupational Therapy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Primary Education, and a Professional Certificate in Special Needs Education for Children. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and is a Medicare provider.
With over 10 years of experience working as a teacher in playgroup and primary school settings, Yesky is passionate about supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and global developmental delays (GDD). She enjoys collaborating with families to develop social skills, enhance self-regulation, and foster independence in self-care and everyday activities. Known for her patience and creativity, Yesky uses a play-based approach, making therapy both fun and effective. She focuses on evidence-based practices, ensuring that each child receives personalised support tailored to their unique needs.
Originally from Hong Kong, Yesky is also committed to serving culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) families through a culturally-responsive approach. She speaks English, Cantonese, and Mandarin fluently, enabling her to connect effectively with families from diverse backgrounds.
