Chris Dickson is a registered psychologist with over 20 years of clinical experience, specializing in the assessment and treatment of complex emotional, behavioral, and relational difficulties. He works with children, adolescents, adults, and families, focusing on complex family dynamics and developmental transitions. With a deep understanding of family systems and attachment theory, Chris is skilled in treating mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, trauma, grief, ASD, ADHD, and behavioral challenges.

He tailors evidence-based therapies to each client’s needs, fostering emotional regulation and resilience. Chris also integrates holistic practices like yoga and Zen mindfulness to reduce stress and promote well-being. He is dedicated to creating a therapeutic space that supports healing, personal growth, and lasting change.
